Confidence in our local real estate market is up due to several factors according to Linda Rotti, Sales Manager of our Amherst office. With interest rates at all time lows, signs of an improving economy and an unseasonably warm winter, we are seeing more interest from potential buyers; more property showings, and a marked increase in website activity.
